Tanayah is a freelance practitioner with over 15 years experience in delivering training and support on gang culture, extremism and the criminal justice system.
Tanayah founded Tanayah Sam Associates in July 2015. TSA is a non-profit organisation with a mission to use a unique approach and respond to the shortcomings in the criminal justice system and the belief systems of offenders.
“The best opportunities to overcome offending are found in unlikely places. But firstly, if you can understand just how toxic the revolving door to re-offending is, and can seek out those who share a new belief system, then you can break those corrosive chains” said Tanayah.
Tanayah is now and Advisor for the Alliance of Sport and combines his personal and professional lived experience to help shape our programmes, policy and practice.
