Alliance of Sport guest blogs for ConnectSport

The Alliance of Sport’s Co-Founder and Chair, James Mapstone, has written an exclusive guest blog for prominent community sport platform ConnectSport.

ConnectSport and the Sport for Development Coalition are appealing for experts to produce monthly articles around a particular theme, and December’s theme is sport’s role in reducing crime.

James outlines the Alliance of Sport’s role in maximising sport’s impact on offending, using our recent Sports Club project in Kent as an example of how we’re building our evidence base and exploring best practice when using sport in crime reduction.
