Jack Duffy
Jack Duffy is a practicing barrister from Queen Square Chambers based in Bristol. After reading Law, at the University of Bristol, he obtained an L.L.M. in International Law and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2018.
After completing a common law pupillage, he developed a practice consisting of criminal law, family law and employment law. Jack has had experience defending in criminal jurisdictions, as well as working with probation services and the Crown Prosecution Service. Jack has also represented clients in the Family Court and the High Court in Public Law and Private Law proceedings. He has also had experience representing employees and employers in the Employment Tribunal.
Jack is a keen runner, having run the Paris marathon in October 2021, and an enthusiastic sports supporter who has long retired his rugby boots. He appreciates the positive impact that sport can have on an individual and firmly advocates for the impact sport can have in rehabilitating individuals and changing lives.
