Olubodunrin Tokosi
I’m a senior manager with 15+ years of cross-sector team programme / project leadership, business development and service building expertise. Skilled at cultivating collaborative relationships and getting the best out of people and multi-disciplinary teams, whilst embedding cultural and emotional intelligence. With a keen interest in ‘Wellbeing’, ‘Thought Leadership’ ‘Equality, Diversity & Inclusion’ and ‘Cutting-edge’ technologies. My goal is always to empower communities and create a space of belonging.
I’ve always found time to enjoy various forms of creative expression, which include photography, spoken-word and hosting weekly topical debate radio shows. I’ve worked in holistic therapy, trained in NLP and enjoy reading across self-development, spirituality and psychology.
Over the years I’ve taken on various leadership roles, which includes becoming Director of Centre for Employment & Enterprise Development (CEED Ltd) for 4 years. Having worked for 2 of the longest running Black Minority Ethnic (BME) organisations in Southwest of England. I then decided to focus on entrepreneurial activity and projects through my start-up Tokosi.com.
