Dr Haydn Morgan

Dr Haydn Morgan is an Associate Professor in Sport Management at the University of Bath and a long-standing research associate of the Alliance of Sport.

Haydn has worked with AoS over several years on a range of research projects and partnerships, helping to strengthen the evidence base for the role of sport and physical activity in crime prevention, youth justice and criminal justice settings.

Much of his published research explores the connection between participation in sport and physical activity and outcomes within the criminal justice sector. He has published widely in academic journals and produced reports for a range of organisations, including the Ministry of Justice, Comic Relief and the Welsh Rugby Union. He is currently leading a youth justice inclusion project for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
