Laura Griffiths
Working at the intersection of lived experience, social impact, and community engagement, I support organisations to design inclusive, effective rehabilitation and prevention programmes.
I provide consultancy to charities, partner organisations, the National Health Service, and a range of Trusts, contributing to advisory panels that inform decision-making and shape service delivery. My work focuses on ensuring lived experience is meaningfully embedded into programme design, strategy, and evaluation.
Alongside this, I am a public speaker and facilitator, using storytelling to influence perspectives, inspire change, and build strong cross-sector partnerships.
I am particularly passionate about the role of sport in prevention, rehabilitation, and social reintegration, championing approaches that create opportunities for personal growth, strengthen communities, and deliver lasting impact.
