SYCP Theory of Change

The SYCP Initiative co-designed a regional Theory of Change (ToC) and Collective Impact Framework, establishing a shared, evidence-informed foundation for youth crime prevention across Southeast Asia.

Developed through a collaborative process engaging 59 professionals from 10 countries across sport, justice, health, youth development and civil society, the framework is aligned with Olympism365, UNODC standards, the Olympic Council of Asia and ASEAN priorities.

It has directly informed the SYCP call for grants, ensuring funded projects are aligned from the outset with prevention principles and a common approach to impact. A second phase further strengthened its focus on systems change, clarifying the roles of governance, leadership, networks and learning in sustaining impact and enabling scale.
