AoS launches 2019 – 2020 Impact Report
It has no doubt been a challenging year for all of us in the sector, but we can nevertheless look back on the last 12 months with a great deal of pride.
The Alliance of Sport’s 2019 – 2020 Impact Report documents some outstanding achievements and progress.
Some of the headlines include:
- Launch of our Levelling the Playing Field project alongside the Youth Justice Board, thanks to record funding from the London Marathon Charitable Trust
- Launch and co-chairing the National Sports Forum for Reducing Reoffending in partnership with HMPPS
- Leading a global research project with Professor Rosie Meek and the Thailand Institute of Justice to compile best practice for using sport in youth crime prevention
- Leading a new research initiative with several leading universities into what makes effective partnerships between sport and criminal justice agencies
